RULES OF PLAY
This Raffle is sponsored by Holistic Riding Equestrian Therapy.(HRET) This contest is governed by the following official rules. By participating in the contest, each entrant accepts and agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the contest, as determined by HRET and its agents, are final in all respects. The contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to legal residents of their respective countries who are not prohibited by law, who are twenty one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. Sponsor has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes starts 03/06/2024 Noon CST and ends upon sale of 700 tickets or at the HRET, 2024 Country Western Fundraiser, whichever comes first. (Location TBD)

HOW TO ENTER
Entry requires the purchase of a raffle ticket on line via the official page. There is no limit to the amount of tickets any one entrant can purchase. Each ticket price is $100.00. The ticket purchaser MUST print a copy of their ticket purchase receipt. Your ticket purchase receipt is your proof of purchase. You must provide a valid email address when you purchase your tickets on line.

WINNER SELECTION
A winner will be chosen at random out of all online tickets purchased. Drawing will take place only if/when a minimum of 400 tickets are sold. In the event, the 400 tickets are not sold, the raffle drawing will not take place. Ticket holders can request a refund of their ticket price with proof of purchase or donate those funds to the Holistic Riding Equestrian Therapy property repairs. (Electrical, plumbing and well and septic field replacement.) Raffle ticket sales end upon the sale of 700 tickets or on 9/14/2024 at 7:30 pm, whichever is comes first. The drawing will take place on 9/14/2024 at 8:00 pm at the HRET Country Western Fundraiser. All ticket purchasers MUST print a copy of their ticket purchase receipt. The raffle winner also must present ticket purchase receipt, along with a photo I.D., verification of their ss# and age, phone number, email and address of current residence in order to claim the prize. Winner need not be present. Winner has 30 days from the date of the drawing to claim and remove the prize from HRET property at their expense. FAILURE TO PROVIDE THE ABOVE INFORMATION AND PICK UP THE PRIZE WITHIN 30 DAYS WILL RESULT IN THEM FORFEITING THE PRIZE AND THE PRIZE WILL REVERT BACK TO HRET AND ANOTHER WINNER WILL BE DRAWN.

PRIZE:
Polaris Model RZR Pro R4 Ultimate - 925 cc recreational off road vehicle - (MSRP 42 K) - approxImately 27 miles on odometer, will be accepted as is. Winner is responsible for picking up the Polaris at the Twin Willows farm in Homer Glen, Il. at their expense at a mutually agreed upon time. This is a private farm with no access to the public. Visitation requires signed liability waivers and a staff escort while on the property.
Terms and conditions may apply. Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses which are not specifically listed as part of this prize in these Official Rules and which may be associated with the award, acceptance, receipt and use of all or any portion of the awarded prize are solely the responsibility of the respective prize winner. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE IS SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.

ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS
This prize is non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted. Sponsor and respective parent affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, errors in any printing or posting or these Official Rules, the selection and announcement of any winner, or the distribution of any prize. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of this Sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to possible legal action by Sponsor.

INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
BY ENTERING THE RAFFLE, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS THE SPONSOR AND ITS PARENT, AFFILIATE AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES, ADMINISTRATOR, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THAT ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON. SPONSOR AND ITS PARENT, AFFILIATE AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION, FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY OF THE PRIZE. SPONSOR AND ITS PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO ANY COMPUTER SYSTEM RESULTING FROM ACCESS TO OR THE DOWNLOAD OF INFORMATION OR MATERIALS CONNECTED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES.

By participating, each entrant grants Sponsor permission to use his/her name, likeness, or comments for publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law.
